These are free sites that allow you to enroll your students, assign lessons, activities or tutorials, monitor their progress and give feedback to parents and the students. Some have a premium component that enables extra features. :

Studyladder is a free, standards-aligned service that "covers Mathematics, Literacy, Science, Music, Art, Language, culture, health, safety, citizenship and mastering numeracy. It covers material from pre-school to year 6 however, older students may also benefit from using Studyladder for revision." You can select specific activities, tests and tutorials for your students based on grade level and common core standards. Students collect points for correctly completing the activities which they can "spend" to customize their virtual rooms and avatars. Teachers have access to individual and group reports.

Experienced teachers create the 3- to 5-minute lessons that also feature commentary, extra hints, tricks, and a “try it yourself” video for the kids that helps them practice on their own with pencil and paper while following the video’s guidance. Multiple-choice quizzes test students' learning. When both kids and teachers create accounts, teachers can assign lessons to individual students or to the whole class, they can see who has completed the lesson, and can see quiz scores."

It includes the ability to add 3 "albums" of standards from other grade levels to your class and to generate progress reports. Sample form letters for parents, students, etc. are provided. Students can login from home. As of now, the free version is not available in the summer.

Basic math fact practice that emphasizes quick recollection of facts. Student progress is monitored by the system and they advance based on mastery of the facts. You have the ability to generate reports. There is a student take-home flyer that explains the program.

Watch a video tutorial or practice a math concept. Elementary students might want to scroll down to the "Arithmetic" section. It includes a free Teacher Toolkit that allows you to set up teacher and student accounts http://www.khanacademy.org/toolkit. Videos are from YouTube, so they will not work on student logins.
